Job Decription
1. Administer and analyse various types of Contracts, typically, EPC (on LSTK basis/ Cost plus), EPCM, Engineering contracts, PMC contracts, Site Service Contracts (values> 1Cr), in order to mitigate risks and preserve Company’s interests. 2. Review, negotiate and finalise Terms & Conditions of Contract with Suppliers/ Contractors, Subcontractors, and proactively administer the contracts through their life cycle and ensure that the Contracts are delivered to meet the intended outcomes. 3. Apply contract principles, practices, regulations, applicable laws, legal principles, as relevant for Contract Management. 4. Partner with the Procurement Manager (pre-award as well as post award) and Project Manager for timely resolution of change orders/claims/ contractual communications with respect to time, cost and other commercial terms/issues. 5. Ensure effectiveness of Contract Management in a structured manner through SOPs, and Templates. 6. Collaborate with all stake holders (Supply Chain, Taxation, Legal, Insurance), awareness of procurement process and drive the execution of innovative cost reduction strategies.
