• Experience of overall management – planning & execution of complete Solar site (atleast one 150 MW capacity site from start to end) • Experience in co-ordinating with various central/state agencies such as SECI/CEA/CEIG for inspection & compliances. Also should have experience of co-ordination with Lendors/LIE for site inspections. Team Management • Experience of handling ROW issues for transmissions lines • Experience of preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Site progress report • Good acumen for issues resolution at site • Experience of Multiple Vendors management at site & experience of working with EPC/Subcontractor/ Construction companies.. • Experience of installation , testing & commissioning of equipments like Solar inverters, Circuit breakers, Lightning arrestors, Isolators, ICOG panels, Inverter transformers, DC & AC cable checking & laying and other electrical activities like solar module stringing, earthing strips installation(AC, DC), Lighting poles installation, cable & lugs termination etc. from start to end at site. • Experience of planning & execution of civil foundations, piling, building constructions like MCR building, plant fencing, Area grading, road constructions, cable trenches etc. from start to end at site. • Experience of Installation, testing & commissioning activities of 220/400 KV Switchyard. • Experience of Installation, testing & commissioning activities of 220/400 KV Transmission Line. • Experience of Installation, testing & commissioning activities of 400/220/33 KV 150/315 MVA Power Transformers. • Experience of Co-ordination between HO Engg., Quality & Vendor for resolution of issues • Good understanding of all Electrical & Civil related drawings • Experience of vendor bills verification and certification. • Understanding of Electrical & Civil QAP’s (Quality Assurance plans). • Strict adherence of EHS compliance requirements. • Experience of working at solar site for at least 10 years.
