• MBA/CA/ICWA with strong F&A skills • Working in multiple industries (insurance preferred) and handling and transforming end to end Finance / HR function • Working in a consulting capacity and having experience in transforming global clients' finance processes • Proven process transformation experience combined with outstanding communication, presentation, analytical, strategic and tactical thinking • Ability to - articulate business value generated by the project, identify key business metrics and compare with baseline, create success stories, user stories and is well versed with agile methodologies. • You have experience in leading and managing a team of consultants to achieve the business division's goals and objectives • You have a strong understanding of financial principles and practices • Functional knowledge of ERPs – SAP S/4 HANA / SuccessFactor (Preferrable) and other industry best finance / HR applications • An international environment is not a challenge for you and you are willing to work abroad when needed
