• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or other related field. • CA/CFA or other relevant professional cert • Proven experience as CFO or similar role. • Minimum professional experience of 15 years with majority as finance controller or similar role. • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices • Familiarity with financial analysis and forecasting methods • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities • High degree of integrity and reliability
