• Lead and Execute process engineering activities following applicable standards and procedures meeting the project objective, budget, and timeline. • Build strong relationships and work closely with leadership teams to ensure that delivery meets the needs of stakeholders. • Develop and take ownership for the accuracy of detailed calculations, process engineering specifications and drawings meeting the process engineering requirements. • Closely working with Technology Partner while developing the plant design and layout. • Making RFQs with detailed technical specifications meeting the intend design objectives. • Equipment supplier selection. • Closely reviewing the designs of supplier and track the progress and design objective. • To develop test protocols and conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) & SAT (Site Acceptance Test) and document the findings and results. • Install the line and commission meeting the timelines. • Demonstrate the statistical process control meeting the performance guarantees and technical specifications of the product. • Develop, promote, and maintain a safety culture to deliver excellent health and safety performance that meet targets on allocated projects. • Support planning activities with key stakeholders to define the projects, including input to financial and resource planning. • Ensure application of specifications and standards as required. • Ensure appropriate monitoring and controlling of projects’ performance and provide timely and accurate data reporting. • Make timely decisions to ensure project success. • Manage and resolve any risks and other issues that may arise. • Manage communications with stakeholders, project team members and contractors. • Ensure compliance with corporate governance as required. • Evaluate and implement lessons learned and continuous improvement.
