Technical and analytics skills: Master's degree in STEM/Economics/Statistics/Engineering Graduate with strong Data/Analytical/Programming skills Minimum 5 years of work experience in Data Science or equivalent field Intermediate to advanced level of experience using descriptive, prescriptive and predictive modelling techniques is a must. A strong background in advanced statistics, particularly in probability theory and experience in scientific computing is a must. Proficiency in Python, PySpark/Spark and proven experience using popular ML/AI packages Other preferred technical capabilities: SQL, R, PowerBI Experience in the re/insurance industry is a plus Experience working in diverse projects Soft skills and a consulting approach Communicate clearly and simply, even when dealing with complicated problems and ideas, and do so both orally and in writing.
