Responsibilities: 1.    Plan and design MPD operations according to well-specific requirements, considering geological, reservoir, and drilling fluid characteristics. 2.    Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate drilling hazards associated with MPD operations. 3.    Collaborate with drilling engineers and rig personnel to ensure proper installation and maintenance of MPD equipment on drilling rigs. 4.    Monitor and analyse real-time data from downhole and surface sensors to optimize wellbore pressure control during drilling operations. 5.    Implement MPD techniques such as Constant Bottom Hole Pressure (CBHP), Pressurized Mud Cap Drilling (PMCD), and Dual Gradient Drilling (DGD) as appropriate for the drilling environment.
