Develop drilling and workover programs, including analysis, hydraulics, torque and drag, BHA design, casing design, directional planning, and cement design. Oversee rig equipment through inspections, audits, and commission tasks. Drive performance improvement initiatives, ensuring rig performance meets KPIs. Provide support in pre-spud meetings and critical drilling/workover operations. Detect pressure drops using PerformView Standpipe signatures, addressing issues promptly. Manage high pore pressures, utilizing high-density fluids and detecting active volume changes. Apply Landmark software for Trip Load and Stress Factor Analyses to inform safe drilling parameters. Apply technical expertise in hydraulic optimization to prevent pipe issues. Successfully drill 16,000+ ft HTHP, H2S & CO2 wells in the Gotnia formation. Conduct tests in Gotnia/Hith Anhydrite cycles using temporary completion tubing and DST.
