-Well Engineering and Designing - Casing design, Basis of Well design (offset wells analysis, BHA, hydraulics, cementing, mud, etc.), Rig selection, DWOP. -Field Drilling Engineer/Supervisor - key role on a field during well operations: reporting to Company HQ (DDR, presentations, post job reports, acts and etc.), operations tracking and lookahead updating, preparing detailed working plans, acts, NPT tracking, take active part in PJSF and TBT, Supervision of drilling process (sequence of operations, drilling parameters, ways of improving and optimization and etc.), casing running, cement job and LOT measuring and drifting casings, BOP pressure test, observing drilled formation on the SCE and etc. -Project schedule preparation. -Logistics department cooperation and collaboration. Coordinating equipment and service company tools mob/demob to/from the field. -Well Operation planning and optimizing - Well construction program preparation and reviewing, Time vs. Depth Preparation and reviewing. -Drilling and Completion programs preparation, reviewing within a team and finalizing Education Criteria: Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Equivalent is Mandatory
